The Majestic Condos of Las Vegas
The Majestic Las Vegas is another offering that blends together the
best qualities of a true luxury hotel with the permanence of private

The Majestic Las Vegas project is being developed by Conrad Hotels,
the luxury brand of the Hilton Hotels Corporation, and it will be just
the third Conrad hotel in the United States. The Majestic is expected
to open in 2006.
The Majestic will offer 146 luxury condominiums and 442 hotel suites
in a condo-hotel environment. All hotel suites will be fully furnished
and available for purchase through a rental program in which owners share
in revenue with the hotel. The Majestic is located right on the Las Vegas
Strip across from the Stardust Hotel.
The Majestic Las Vegas stands an impressive 618 feet tall with a breathtaking
two story atrium. It's important to note that the Majestic condominium
residences are fully finished "ready to move in" residences. Buyers have
a choice of three interior design packages that are presented via the
Majestic interactive design software system.
Amenities include full service concierge, pool with cabanas, fitness
center, rooftop entertainment garden and full service business center.
