Access to the private parking garage is through controlled access
gates. Each Homeowner will receive two transmitters.
Visitor access is through the lobby via a phone entry system that will
also enable the Homeowner to have video capability through their television.
There are two (2) elevators. Dimensions: 6' 8" wide x 5' 5" deep
and 9' tall are approximate.
There are two (2) stairway exits from the building.
